I'm super interested in rums right now cuz of the price point, seems like you get great bang for buck lol. I'm looking to try Appleton, Plantation, the higher aged Angosutra and Mount Gay sometime next. it seems to be like a right in the middle rum, does alright with everything, but just alright, I'd def buy it over prolly everything in it's price range tho lol. ED 8 you can drink straight if you wanted too. The Zaya definitely feels artificial, no way is it aged 12, but it is smooth and can drink straight. I was HAPPY with my cheap bottle of Sailor Jerrys till I tried the ED 12, after that Sailor Jerrys just started to taste like vanilla extract lol.
